Prerequisites
This course is continued education for divers who wish to increasetheir understanding and enjoyment of diving. The Master Diver course is an excellent progression toward NAUI leadership roles.
- NAUI advance certificate or the equivilent
Course Includes & Course Does Not Include
- NAUI vinyl wallet for books
- 8-10 qualifying dives in suitable venue
- Entrance into Shaia Quarry Or Miricale Waters (R35.00/day)
- All air fills for the course which is + 8-10 fils (R25.00/fill)
- Compulsory Dives Elective Dives
During your training, you will engage in a minimum of eight open water dives including the following:
- Deep/simulated decompression diving
- Limited visibility diving
- Underwater navigation
- Search and recovery - light salvage
- Emergency procedures and rescue
You can also choose from many different dives for your elective dives such as:
- Environmental study or survey
- Air consumption (practical application)
- Or other special interest dives
Students shall furnish and be responsible for their own scuba equipment. Pool and Open Water sessionsare the whole day.
