NB!: The Candidates are responsible for the cost of their own medical examinations, which need to be done before we begin Open Water Training. They are also responsible for their own skin diving gear (wetsuit, weight belt, mask, fins, snorkel, booties). Students are advised to wait until they are on course before they purchase this gear as there is an equipment lecture and I am able to get gear at very good prices. The courses are flexible and will be tailored to each student/group. Pool and Open Water sessions are the whole day.
A 85 question multiple-choice exam is also to be written at the end of the course.
Scuba Diver is the NAUI entry-level scuba certification course. It provides the candidate the important knowledge and skills to scuba dive safely. Upon completion of the course, the candidates are able to dive to a depth of 18m in open water.
